This lightly roasted dry process coffee has complex fruity flavors and delicate aromatics. It has notes of blueberry and blackberry have juicy brightness, accented by flavors of melon, cascara tea, hints of rose water and fresh herbs.
Ethiopia Hambela Benti Nenka
This is single origin wet process coffee from the Guji Hambela region of Ethiopia. Lightly roasted brings out the fruit accents. Flavors of peach, honey warming spices and a tart twist of green grape. This bean has a tea-like acidity. The elevation of this region is between 1900- 2100.

This bean is dry processed in raised bed sun-dried in the Aceh region of Sumatra. The elevation for this region was between 1500 -1700.
