This is single origin wet process coffee from the Guji Hambela region of Ethiopia. Lightly roasted brings out the fruit accents. Flavors of peach, honey warming spices and a tart twist of green grape. This bean has a tea-like acidity. The elevation of this region is between 1900- 2100.
Shakiso Wesi delivers clean cup sweetness, and bright citrus character, with floral aromatics that tie in nicely to the sweet flavors.
